About Me
My name is Deanna and I am an Apprentice Pilates instructor. I practiced Pilates casually over the years, but it wasn’t until I was faced with a c-section and diastasis recti recovery from my pregnancy that I experienced the rehabilitative benefits that Pilates has to offer. A former healthcare professional, I re-discovered my appreciation for complete wellness—both physical wellness and the mind-body connection. As an Apprentice, I am excited to pursue a deeper understanding of Pilates and to work with you to achieve your own unique goals.

When I'm not in the studio, I'm an administrator at a local non-profit cancer center. I live in Deerfield with my husband, daughter, and two dogs!
